Let's ring in October with a very crafty Halloween block party at Forager Crafts in Frogtown. Here's what we've got planned for ya! VENDORS: Full list here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DOcXiYCCZyz/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== ACTIVITIES: 12pm-2pm Junk journal picnic. Bring your own journal, supplies, snacks, and a blanket, and meet at the small grassy lawn (Elysian Valley Gateway Park) located right across the street from Forager Crafts to kick things off. Don't forget to stop by our vendors for all your sticker and stationery needs. At 2pm, we kindly ask that folks make space for our next activity. We'll have tables that you can migrate to inside the block party, or you can stick around the grass and join sketchxla for more artsy fun :) 2pm-5pm- We're so excited to have SKETCHxLA pop up with us. They will be at the grassy lawn following the junk journal picnic. Bring your own sketchbook, materials, and a blanket, and join SKETCHxLA for a very special Halloween-themed drawing prompt! Blind Book Exchange - Bring a book you're ready to part with and find a new one that you'll love at our leave one, take one book table. We ask that folks wrap their books and write down a few clues. Ultimately, if you don't have time to wrap your book, that's ok, but we encourage you to because it's just more fun that way. Leave a book and enter your name into our raffle to win two tickets to Silver Reading Club! Clothing Swap - Emmi from Creative Swap will be popping up. See guidelines below: - Max 10 items - Only women's clothes or unisex apparel - Items in good condition - You can take as many clothes as you want - You don't have to bring clothes to participate AFTER PARTY: We will also have a special, ticketed after party at 5pm that we're co-hosting with Trinket Party.
