As touring and streaming increasingly fail to present sustainable revenue streams to middle class artists, it’s never been more critical for artists to find their true fans — fans that will follow their artists throughout their careers, across projects and platforms. Beyond revenue implications, superfans can play an important role in helping artists do fulfilling work. Most notably, in the last few years we’ve seen a rise in fan-run online communities, which incentivize fans to interact with, entertain and create value amongst themselves, allowing artists a much-needed respite from the grind of constant content creation for social media algorithms. Despite this, physical and digital methods of fan engagement are often viewed within their own bubbles. In this event, we’re bringing together superfan experts from across the physical and digital worlds, to discuss how artists, management teams and – and indeed fans — can come together to help artists build fulfilling, sustainable careers. **Speakers** Tersha Willis - Founder, Terrible Tersha is a Goldsmith’s College Graduate with a background in private equity, financial services and fashion.
