Ritual Yoga is a monthly gathering for BIPOC women and femmes to reconnect with your body, breath, and joy through gentle, empowering movement. We begin with 30 minutes of community bonding, a chance to connect, ground, and share space before we move into a heart-centered Hatha yoga flow. This session is designed to help you rise in your power and return to yourself with softness and care. This is a space for anyone who identifies as a woman or femme, including queer, trans, and nonbinary folks who express or are exploring femininity. About The Host ✨ Hazel Montserrat is a Medicine Woman, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Coach, Intuitive Reiki Master, Channel, & Medium. Her mission is to support BIPOC Women & Queer community on the self-love journey through joy, energy healing, spiritual coaching, and ancestral medicine. She is passionate about awakening the fire within each of us so we can reclaim the ancestral gifts that allow us to stand in our power, take up space, and speak our truth. As a Queer Latinx Woman, she knows the importance of creating intentional, safe spaces to do the healing work.
