Welcome to Sound Bath Sunday. Lex Amara, Sound Healer and Licensed Massage Therapist, will be hosting a candle-lit sound bath and meditation in her hometown of Jacksonville, FL.
I welcome you into the space to explore a new focus. The focus is: Return Home.
In this session, we will define: Home. Is it a destination? Is it a person? A feeling?
This is your session, feel free to write, sit, lie down, play or stretch during the sound bath. We will open with a guided meditation. Crystal singing bowls and chimes will be used during the sound healing. Reiki will be infused throughout the session.
