During this half-day retreat at a beautiful farm in LaGrange, Ohio, you’ll create space to connect with one of the purest frequencies of love: the horse. The horses are the protagonists of this experience. The horses at Liberty Farm are incredibly intuitive. They can sense your emotions, recognize what is moving through your body, and, through their presence, help you create space to release what no longer needs to be held. Their frequency naturally attunes to your nervous system, inviting your body into a deeper sense of safety, presence, and connection. Throughout the retreat, we’ll move through a series of experiences designed to bring you back into your body, into the present moment, and ultimately, back to yourself. We’ll experience: Slow Flow Pilates: ✨ A grounding slow-flow Pilates class guided by Molly Meek, created to move through what feels stagnant in the body and make space for something new. Sound Bath Meditation + Reiki 🧘🏽‍♀️ A deeply restorative sound bath meditation guided by Sofia, accompanied by hands on reiki energy healing by Maria — creating a space to soften, receive, and allow the body to come back into balance. Horse Connection: 🐎 Each participant will have their own moment of connection with the horses. Without forcing anything, you’ll simply be invited to be present and allow the horses to intuitively interact with you. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Just be, listen, and see what unfolds. Fire, Food & Painting 🍇🎨 We’ll close the experience gathered around the fire, with beautiful charcuterie boards and canvas painting — a space to integrate, connect, laugh, create, and celebrate together. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about creating enough space to return to the part of you that has been there all along. A journey back to love. As spots are limited, we offer the option to make a deposit of 50% of the ticket price — and pay the other half 7 days before the event. Cancellation policy: 7 days before the event for a full refund.
