Suggested is $111 Sliding scale available $88-$111 We’ll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony, led by Tata David Keller. Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that helps us connect deeply with ourselves and each other. Together, we’ll honor the elements, spirits of nature, and Mother Earth in a space of reverence and gratitude. Then, experience Shakti Naam breathwork and movement with Asher Countryman, designed to strengthen the nervous system, calm the mind, and open the heart—accompanied by live and recorded music. We’ll complete the evening with a transformational live sound journey from Scotty Bramer. Sound journeys are deeply restorative for the nervous system, allowing the mind to enter meditative states while the body releases stored tension and emotional blocks. The frequencies can support healing on cellular, emotional, and energetic levels—offering a profound experience of connection, clarity, and peace for the soul, mind, and body. Ending with Potluck: Bring your favorite HOMEMADE DISH THEN Enjoy the Sauna, Cold Plunge and Hot tub. ✨ About the Hosts: Asher Countryman is a medicine woman, Shakti Naam yoga teacher, and energy healer devoted to helping others return to balance through movement, sound, and plant medicine. Tata David Keller is an initiated Ajq’ij (Mayan Spiritual leader) and guide who has studied with indigenous masters. During ceremony, he offers energetic cleansing, healing, and protection through drumming, medicine songs, and sacred tools like the Chakàpa. Scotty Bramer is a guitarist, composer, and healing artist from Los Angeles. A graduate of USC’s Thornton School of Music, Scotty has performed and toured nationally, but it was a life-changing Kundalini awakening that revealed his path as a musical healer. His sound journey work weaves together soulful improvisation, emotional expression, and energetic transmission. His project Bodhisattva and album Between Two Worlds channel his story and healing gifts into music that touches the soul. 📍 Location & Arrival Instructions: Street parking is available (please do not park in the driveway). When you arrive, the main gate will be open, INSTEAD of walking up to the front door, go to the right side of the house, past the cars in the driveway, and enter through the second gate, which will also be open. Walk into the backyard of the house.
