Join a small group of standup paddle boarders for a SUP outing in one of the most nature biodiverse areas of Bay Area on Friday morning.
Led by World Paddle Association Class 1 instructor with Water rescue, CPR and First aid certifications.
You will get to enjoy local wildlife in their natural habitat, check an abandoned ship, stop by Mavericks beach for a quick snack and will have an opportunity to shop freshly caught seafood from the boats after the paddle close to our starting location.
This SUP outing will be good for people with previous SUP experience, who can paddle well 5-8 mph winds. Because of the high boat traffic area and proximity to the ocean this paddle is not recommended for beginners, people with back, shoulder or arm injuries.
Cost to join:
$75 donation for my friend, who is Ukrainian servicemen, to join with my inflatable SUPs and gear
Free - with your own SUP or Kayak
Rent - you can rent hard board or kayak at Half Moon Bay Kayak Co. Check prices on their website. I periodically rent from them, and can vouch for the quality of their gear and customer service provided by HMB Kayak Co team.
