Join Melissa Chataigne & the Full Bloom community for an intimate evening of Groove Alchemy at Core Connection, led by Amanda, founder of Core Connection, with a live DJ bringing the soundtrack. Groove Alchemy is a transformative movement experience blending somatic movement, dance, curated music, and chakra exploration to help you reconnect with your body, shift your energy, and get out of your head. We'll begin with guided movement and intentional exercises, then move into a dynamic fusion of dance and chakra-focused exploration—all set to a curated playlist and live DJ. Think: movement + music + energy + a room full of the coolest humans No dance experience necessary. No choreography to memorize. No need to be “good” at anything. Just come as you are and move. A LITTLE NOTE ON THE CONTRIBUTION Groove Alchemy is complimentary, with a suggested $20 donation to support the experience and our community. If $20 isn't in your budget right now, come anyway. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. 🤍 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting upstairs. Parking: Limited parking is available in the back of the building in the carport. Look for designated spots marked “Pilates.” There are 8 spaces, and 2 are tandem. Please park only in designated spots or you may be towed. Street parking with meters is also available for up to 2 hours, and there is a parking garage across the street. Please read all posted signs. Come ready to sweat a little, release a little, and leave feeling a little more YOU. Space is limited.
