Wear light, flowy, natural-fabric layers if possible so you can shed and add as needed with your body’s temperature fluctuating. Tight/compressive clothing not recommended but please come in whatever you have!
Come move and unwind with us! We will be guided by Taylor and Courtney in a combination of Tai Chi, Pilates, and Fascial Maneuvers, which are complementary movement techniques that will help unwind tension, restore flow of blood, lymph, & energy, calm the nervous system, and boost the body’s natural healing abilities. You can expect to feel calm in the mind, yet electric and vibrant in the body and spirit.
Wendy from A Rising Vibe Therapies will be playing singing bowls and other instruments throughout, offering a 15-20 minute optional, donation-based sound bath afterwards to those who’d like to stay and receive.
