Women in Climate & Food NYC is thrilled to partner with C. Cassis for a tasting & class covering their innovative, sustainable, and delicious black currant based beverages, sourced and produced in the Hudson Valley.
Rachael, founder and creator behind C. Cassis, will walk us through their sourcing philosophy, production processes, and circular approach. Please arrive around 6, and we’ll get started with the tasting around 6:30.
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be provided.
Ticket price is to cover direct costs for tasting ~5 C. Cassis products & snacks. C. Cassis products will be available so you can take home your favorite.
