Intro to Hilot Bodywork (30 mins) - Focus on one problem area with targeted hilot bodywork: Starts with panghihila/pagsasala (banana leaf scan) to find imbalances and stagnation, continues with hilot touch manipulation to promote healing, and finishes with bentusa (Filipino fire cupping) for decompression to remove toxins.
Dagdagay (15 mins) - Igorot/Cordilleran leg and foot massage that uses two bamboo sticks to stimulate soles, cleanses, and purifies the feet concentrating on specific pressure points.
Kilubansa (15 mins) - Baybayin (pre-colonial Filipino script) is used to find what elements make you, you. You will receive Baybayin name analysis and the painted artwork of your name.
Tawas (20 mins) - Tawas is a modality used to communicate with your ancestors & lineage to offer insight into what you need to know. Three readings are done on your physical, mental and emotional bodies.
Dry or Wet Suob (15 mins) - Deep cleansing by smudging or by wet sauna infused with herbs with drumming during your session.
