An afternoon of gentle movement, sound meditation & ritual to honor new moon in Aries & the solar eclipse presented by Lizzie (@lizzie_drifting) and Anna (@sonic__flow) at Hot Yoga MV! Bring your own yoga mat & water, plus anything else you’ll need to feel comfortable in a resting pose. The studio will be warm, not hot! Suggested donation: $20-40 - you can also skip the payment step on this RSVP and donate in cash! No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
