shesaid.so has asked Doors Open - Institute for Corporate Sociology to design and facilitate a 3-hour Unconscious Bias workshop that
explores what biases are, how they start to form through our biology and biography, why it matters to be aware of them, and how to drive
meaningful change.
This interactive session has been discussed to bring together 50 participants, consisting of 25 pairs of women and their male allies.
Hosted at the Fuga Office in Amsterdam, this workshop is designed to foster awareness, dialogue, and showcase actionable steps toward a
more inclusive and equitable workplace.
