when you arrive, you’ll be guided to The Spring Pantry: a thoughtfully curated table of springtime cues: textures, aromas, ingredients, and moods that feel unmistakably of the season.
wander through, choose an element that calls to you, then fill out a small preference card:
martini or spritz? spirit-forward or refreshing? bright, floral, herbaceous, juicy, or earthy?
hand it to the bartender, and watch our bar witches transform your spring mood into a one-of-a-kind cocktail or mocktail: intuitive, bespoke, and delicious.
