Shannon Yeager is the host of San Diego Mom Crew and mama to a bubbly and curious 17 month old. She is a wellness coach, yoga instructor (RYT-500), sound healer and Reiki practitioner. Shannon’s mission is to help moms find balance, healing and purpose through alignment and energy work (with a little laughter along the way). Selina Hernandez is a first time mama to a two year old boy who decided to start Cool Mamas Club to make new friendships and have fun for mamas and their littles.

She also created @monarchmotherhoodcollective to bring together resources, events, and collaborations for moms in our community.
