The Flow of the Day (so far - subject to change if I have any other brilliant ideas between now and then!): • Mind-Body Reset: We will begin by quieting the external chatter. Through guided mindfulness, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom to create the mental "white space" needed for true growth. • Reflect & Recharge: Your past holds clues to your future. Together we’ll explore the experiences, patterns, and lessons that have shaped you, helping you gain clarity and confidence about the leadership path ahead. • Grow & Stretch: Who are you becoming? We’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, while strengthening powerful, authentic communication skills that expand your influence and impact. • Your Personal Board of Directors: Don't go it alone. We’ll craft a concrete Action Plan, identifying what to leave behind and who belongs in your inner circle of accountability. • The Closing Ceremony: A final, powerful commitment statement to solidify your evolution, followed by a celebratory toast. 🎓Returning Alumni? For those who joined us in November, we will have a specialized Momentum Breakout. Refresh your existing plans, audit your progress, and re-fuel for sustained growth. The Details.
