December Collective Energy Reset
For the last Collective Energy Reset of this year, we’ll be exploring the theme of Inner Peace. As we descend further into winter, we’ll invite gentleness to support us in healing and releasing old wounds, alchemizing and integrating the intensity of this year, and bringing our bodies and spirts back into balance.
As always, we’ll start the session with time to connect and share what’s been coming up for us, followed by a guided energy work practice to help us reset and recenter 💕
