NOTE: THIS EVENT IS FOR FORMER COLLEGE ATHLETES We’re taking over Downtime / Eastside bar in the East Village! We’ve partnered with HouseCall to help you stretch and unwind in our 45-minute Yoga Sculpt Class hosted by Core Power instructor Zoe Frishberg. Zoe will guide our members through a restorative yoga session that will help you unwind, release tension, and reset your body and mind. This class will be followed by cocktails and an opportunity to meet new friends who are passionate about health and wellness. Yoga mats and towels are included! Tickets are limited so invite your active friends, exercise buddies, former teammates, athletic colleagues, or anyone who’d be a good addition to the AthletEX community before the event is sold out!
