cacao has been used for centuries as a sacred plant medicine, gently opening the heart, heightening the senses, and dropping you into a deeper state of presence. paired with the healing frequencies of a sound bath, the two work together beautifully: the cacao softens your inner world while the sound carries you through it. expect to feel held, expanded, and restored.

bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, plus any pillows, blankets, or layers that help you feel cozy & fully at ease. an eye covering and journal are welcome additions ♡
