She specializes in establishing Program Management Offices and orchestrating Go-To-Market campaigns that bridge the gap between technical and business teams. During her tenure at Drizly (an Uber company), she launched a company-wide strategic framework and streamlined technical roadmapping across eight engineering squads. Since September 2024, Becca has served as the Chief of Staff at Bevi, where she continues to leverage her expertise in product operations and operational efficiency. ✨ Sarah McCarthy — Director, Chief of Staff at Autodesk Sarah McCarthy is a Chief of Staff at Autodesk, driving strategic operations and organizational execution for product development teams behind flagship products including AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Autodesk software is used globally by architects, engineers, designers, and infrastructure teams to design and make the built world. Sarah leads cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, and executive leadership, with a focus on organizational alignment and execution at scale across global teams. She holds an MBA from Boston College and brings a systems-level approach to leadership, strategy, and organizational effectiveness. ✨ Lilly Wilkie, PhD — Strategic Operations Director and Chief of Staff Vertex Pharmaceuticals Lilly is a Strategic Operations Director and Chief of Staff for Cell & Gene Therapy Clinical Development, where she partners with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, governance, and high-impact initiatives across clinical development.
