(in person) Tea Ceremony or herbal* ~ microdose tea with cacao served ceremonially. *mind expanding tea is optional, those with sensitivities will be served an herbal tea to join in on the ceremony.

Ancestral Breathwork ~ 20 minutes of intentional breathing that will help balance your nervous system. Breathwork helps to move toxins, energy, and tension in the body.

Guided Meditation + Sound Journey ~ 30 minutes of guided meditation with crystal bowl sound healing directed to your chakras. Ends with a gong bath. Feel completely realigned after this experience.

We'll work with visualizations and connecting to our radiant self. After our journey we will integrate our experience, you'll leave with a renewed sense of self.
