Experience the power of the breath as you enter an altered state of mind using an active rhythmic breathing pattern, allowing the body to release stuck energies and the mind to overcome self-limiting beliefs. This somatic healing modality is a potent healing practice & comparable to psychedelic medicines. Energy healing (aka Reiki) may be given throughout event to each attendee for further support.
