Most AI events show you tools. This one puts you to work. 🔪
Kham Inthirath (AI Advisor Guy) and Waseem Kawaf (KAWAF) open with a fast look at how experienced operators think through modern GTM before they pick the tech. Eight questions: the outcome, the market, the people, the process, the data underneath, the right technology, the guardrails, and how you'll know it worked.
Then the mystery basket opens.
Pick your kitchen. Build & Prove if you're creating something new and proving it works. Modernize & Scale if you're improving something that already works inside a bigger organization.
Small mixed teams. A realistic business challenge. A surprise constraint. 50 minutes to dig in, make the call, decide where AI belongs and where humans stay, and prep a 90-second pitch. Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, whatever you already run on.
Rapid-fire pitches. Live judging. Three winning teams. 🏆
Think MBA capstone meets GTM strategy lab meets mystery-basket cook-off.
For GTM, sales, marketing, growth, revenue, and RevOps leaders.
You'll leave with a framework you can use Monday, a canvas to run the same process at your own company, and prompt starters to take back to your team.
This is not another sit-and-listen AI session. Come ready to think, build, compete, and see what modern GTM looks like when AI becomes part of the operating system.
