London, I’m bringing you the Joon Sundae and we’re throwing a mehmooni to celebrate. My dream Persian ice cream sundae is coming to Darlish in Notting Hill on August 23. The Joon Sundae features Darlish’s Bastani Sonati (traditional Persian saffron, rose & pistachio ice cream) with sweet cream, pistachios, bamieh, a rose & pomegranate drizzle and a little crunch. Basically, everything I love packed into one sundae.
