Who’s Invited
All women are welcome — whether you're totally new to parkour or more experienced, all abilities are celebrated! Bring your friends if you like — the more, the merrier.
What to Bring / Wear
- Dress for the weather — comfortable, athletic clothes that let you move freely
- Supportive sneakers or parkour-friendly shoes
- Water bottle (stay hydrated!)
- Optional: light gloves (if you like)
Logistics & Directions
🚗 Parking:
Street parking is available nearby. Please note that parking in the immediate Potomac Yard / Innovation District area is limited.
🚇 Public transit:
- Metro: Take the Blue or Yellow Line to Potomac Yard–VT Station.
WMATA
- Bus: DASH Route 34 serves the area.
Safety & Community
This is a relaxed, supportive space — there’s no pressure to perform. Move at your own pace, and encourage one another. It’s about having fun, exploring movement, and making connections.
