Kathy Wright is an executive leadership coach and consultant with a rich background in education and organizational culture. With 26 years in Cincinnati Public Schools, she now focuses on guiding leaders through transformative change and is the founder of Pinnacle and Beyond Enterprises.

Preeti Krishnan is a technologist passionate about creating inclusive technology solutions. With experience at Leela, she focuses on building tools that serve underrepresented communities.
Allie Molner
Allie Molner is a Senior Associate at Torch Capital, bringing experience from her role at Charlie Health, a virtual mental health startup. She holds a BA in History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health from Yale University.
Ali Kennedy Scott
Ali Kennedy Scott is a strategist, creative producer, and consultant with a background in management consulting for Bain & Company. She currently serves as Head of Operations & Strategy at Augnition Labs, where she combines her analytical expertise with creative insights to drive innovation.
