As the founder of Human Tech Week, he champions the integration of human-centered design in technology. Martin Cordsmeier Martin Cordsmeier is the founder of millionways, an AI startup pioneering the Large Psychology Model to infuse emotional intelligence into technology. His mission is to bridge the gap between human emotion and artificial intelligence. Irene Ryabaya Irene Ryabaya is the co-founder of WarmIntro, a platform enhancing B2B sales through warm introductions. She previously co-founded the Monarq Incubator, supporting women-led startups. Preeti Krishnan Preeti Krishnan is a technologist passionate about creating inclusive technology solutions. With experience at Leela, she focuses on building tools that serve underrepresented communities. Allie Molner Allie Molner is a Senior Associate at Torch Capital, bringing experience from her role at Charlie Health, a virtual mental health startup. She holds a BA in History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health from Yale University. Ali Kennedy Scott Ali Kennedy Scott is a strategist, creative producer, and consultant with a background in management consulting for Bain & Company. She currently serves as Head of Operations & Strategy at Augnition Labs, where she combines her analytical expertise with creative insights to drive innovation.
