Ground • Breathe • Reset is a thoughtfully curated, 90-minute experience designed for individuals navigating stress, burnout, and sustained pressure. Hosted in an elevated, welcoming Manhattan setting, this gathering offers a composed space to slow down and exhale. In a world that rewards constant output and quiet endurance, this experience is intentionally different. It is structured, yet unforced. Grounded, yet warm. Participants are invited—at their own comfort level—to share what is contributing to stress or burnout, reflect on the ways they currently manage pressure, and exchange insights with others who understand the weight of high-functioning lives. Conversation is guided and respectful, creating room for honesty without overwhelm. The session includes facilitated grounding and breathwork practices, along with a live demonstration of CalmPath’s sensory reset tools. These tools are designed to provide a simple, tactile method for nervous system regulation—practical enough for everyday use and subtle enough to integrate into professional settings. Time is intentionally set aside for connection and light networking, allowing guests to engage meaningfully with others in a low-pressure environment.
