Session: Come find solace and restoration in our upcoming healing Yoga Nidra and Color bath session. Join us as we integrate the Restorative powers of Color and Reiki therapy with the Transformative practice of Yoga Nidra. Known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra guides you into deep relaxation (Theta wave state) while maintaining awareness. This immersive experience is designed to combat stress and anxiety, alleviate physical tension, and address emotional imbalances. You'll journey toward deep relaxation through guided meditation, while sensory stimulation enhances the process. Deep healing will occur via absorbing light waves and harmonizing reiki treatment. Expect to feel a release of fatigue and insomnia, as you emerge feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Leave with a renewed sense of energy and inner harmony, ready to navigate life with clarity and vitality. Come, relax, and Let’s click the reset button. We look forward to seeing you there!! Who can join: Yoga Nidra’s gentle nature and focus on complete relaxation make it accessible to everyone. We welcome practitioners of all yoga levels, genders, or health conditions, ages above 16 years old. Despite its apparent simplicity, this practice holds profound transformative power, rejuvenating both body and consciousness. Know before coming: You will be welcomed in a unique and cozy artist’s space where lights will be played during the session as you ease into deep relaxation. For the comfort of all, please arrive at 5:45pm, 15 minutes before the starting time of the 6 pm class, as we won’t be able to let you in once the session has started. This will leave plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable. Feel free to bring your own mat. To amplify the power of color therapy, please wear black garments for the session. Space is limited to a few spots. Tickets are sold on a “First come first served” basis. Your facilitator: Caroline started her journey with color in 2011, providing guidance and insights as a color specialist to many industries and as an artist alchemizing flower and food waste into Color. She has been practicing yoga for almost 15 years and received certifications in sound healing therapy, reiki, nidra, and kundalini yoga, learning directly from extended training with her gurus in India and Indonesia. Combining her skills with chroma, art therapy, and wellness, she has been alchemizing both matter and energy to continue healing herself and others. Her dedication to creating a holistic healing space and accompanying others in their soul journey will certainly inspire and support you on your path as it did to many others.
