Hey!!! My name is Mary Malu and I am a female producer who would love to know other female producers so I decided to teach the girlies! This is a free event- but if you would like to donate there will be a little box and Venmo if you feel inclined <3
Lesson 1 will be basic audio knowledge- whether you have a small setup or have never touched a microphone in your life, this class will give you a solid foundation to start your own production craft.
Class Itinerary
6:00- 6:30: Social time! Introduce yourself to other girlies, purchase a tea if you’d like, and have community time.
6:30- 7:00ish: Presentation- bring a notebook to take notes!
7:00ish- whenever: play! Aka demonstration time- We will go over fun aspects of producing and how you can start producing as soon as you leave the class.
Bring a notebook!
p.s- if you don’t have any equipment that’s ok!! i will recommend the equipment i like, but for everything i teach i am going to try and also show a way that you can produce on your phone, use free software, use what you have, etc.
