Wear whatever makes you feel queer! If you can't think of anything....Rainbows!
In June, Missoula adopted the Pride flag as an official city flag, standing up in the face of a new state law restricting which flags can be flown. Butte/Silver Bow County chose to fly this new ‘official flag of Missoula’ during Pride month. Inspired by these actions, Queer Bozeman, our community, and various allies asked our City Commission to adopt the Pride flag an official symbol of Bozeman as well. Initially supportive, the commission added it to the July 8th agenda. Under pressure from anti-LGBTQ+ groups, the commission has removed our request from the agenda. Now, after showing them this matters, they have added it to the July 15th agenda! We are once again calling on our friends and community to pack the room at the Bozeman City Commission meeting on Tuesday, July 15th at 6:00 PM at City Hall. We want to show visible, overwhelming support for the Pride flag and the commissioners who are standing up for LGBTQ+ inclusion in our city
