🕰 Arrive: by 6:45 PM (to allow time for street parking)
🎶 Sound bath: starts between 7:00–7:15 PM, ~1 hour
🍵 Afterwards: tea + optional sharing circle
📍 Location: San Francisco — exact address appears at the top of the event after RSVP
💡 What to bring: We’ll be on hardwood floors — bring a yoga mat, pillow(s) for under your head and body, a blanket or two, and maybe a bolster or rolled blanket for under your knees. The more comfortable you are, the deeper you can relax. I’ll have a few extra pillows and blankets to share, but not enough for everyone.

If finances are a barrier, just reach out, no one is turned away.

🌊 What it does: The gong’s vibrations slow brainwaves from busy beta into deeply restful alpha, theta, and even delta states. This can calm the nervous system, balance energy, release tension, and leave you feeling clear, grounded, and recharged — like a reset for mind, body, and spirit.
