Join Laura Temple, psychiatric nurse practitioner and founder of Held Space, for a gentle half-day retreat centered on community connection, creativity, and caring for ourselves and each other.
We know the days between Christmas and New Year’s can feel tender or lonely for many, so we’re gathering to get cozy, create, and be in supportive community.
WHAT TO BRING: journal or paper, pen, scissors (if you have a pair at home, we could use a few extra), water bottle, a pillow if you want a deluxe restorative experience
WHAT TO WEAR: cozy, soft clothes for lounging & gentle movement, warm socks
Agenda
3:30–4:00 – Tea service & group introductions
4:00–6:00 – Collage-making (all supplies provided; bring any extras you’d love to incorporate. No artistic experience needed—this is a playful, intuitive practice.)
6:00–7:00 – Warming vegetable soup dinner + free time to chat, rest & lounge
7:00–8:00 – Guided journaling for personal reflection & shared connection
8:00–9:00 – Restorative yoga with Lauren Schiffer, sound bath with Joanna Fanizza & gentle Reiki with Laura for deep rest and relaxation
You’ll leave feeling cared for, nourished, and held.
Let’s winter together.
