Join me for a 45-50 min beginner mat pilates class as I practice teaching after my cert! Studio will provide mats and require everyone to wear grippy socks (which are also avail for purchase if you don’t have). 
To attend, send your Venmo to @kat389 when you RSVP, and please include your name in the description so I can provide the studio with the list of attendees. Please also sign the linked Google Form above to complete the studio waiver.
