Message x Heir is a vocalized letter from the 5th Ward to the 5th Ward; an homegrown tellings from residents and beyond. Poets, storytellers, and musicians come together to build a story that honors and complements this historic neighborhood, a place that is too often forgotten. Hosted by Houston’s 5th Poet Laureate and 5th Ward resident, Outspoken Bean. This is a free event, but donations to The Deluxe Theater are welcome.
