Join the Raising Strong Rally for a stroller-friendly 1.2-mile walk around Wonderland Lake, followed by a 15-minute strength circuit beside the playground that you can do with or without stroller or carrier. Strength circuit designed for all fitness levels - no experience required! After, we'll have coffee, snacks, awesome giveaways and time for the kids to play while we continue to chat and enjoy a beautiful Boulder morning.
