Sunset Soundbath
Join Sonya and Kristi at her private home in the beautiful hills of Montecito for a gorgeous, restorative sunset Soundbath.
We gather in community to entrain our nervous systems into coherence together with gentle breath and movement, introduce ourselves and settle in for an hour of gorgeous musical medicine. Sonya will play the gong, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and sing for you in this bespoke offering. We invite you to relax and step through the portal of sound with us into deep relaxation.
At the end of our experience, we will enjoy small bites, share our experiences and watch the sky turn over for sunset.
