Hosted by Evin (Daisy) Ambient Set from Solstice Accompanying Volcalist Krish A Quiet Space is a free all-ages happening, as long as you can be fairly quiet during the silent period (2 hrs). This is an intentional meet-up to give yourself a moment to find peace in the quiet within the community. Use the 2 hours to write a new poem, sketch a drawing, write a manifesto, paint your nails, draft a petition, write a letter to your MP, or just sit and observe. Whatever your calling, know you can join and be. During the 2-hour silent period, we will have an ambient set crafted with love by Solstice, featuring vocals from Krish to help soothe and support the space. After the silent period, we invite you to share your poems, drawings, works in progress, thoughts, etc, with the gathering. Theme: A Quiet Space (for reflection) Duality, echo, perspective. Bring a mirror to gaze into your eyes. Spend time with yourself. Reflect and renew. What to bring: Bring yourself. Bring a blanket or some comfort to sit on. Bring what you need to create what you want during the silent period. Bring liquids and snacks if you need them, but please refrain from anything super crunchy or distracting.
