✨ RENEW & REFORM ✨ The Invitation Minneapolis x Life Time 💌 Join us for a Saturday morning at Life Time Highland Park featuring Pilates, shakes, goodie bags, and intentional time to meet other Christian women in the Twin Cities!! 🫶🏻 THE MORNING ❤️ 10:30 AM — Arrive + Social Check in, grab your goodie bag, meet the girls, take some pics, and get settled before class! 11:00 AM — Movement Begins We’ll split into two groups and rotate through: ✨ 30-min Reformer Pilates ✨ 30-min Tower + Chair No Pilates experience needed! Life Time instructors will guide us through both classes. 12:00 PM — Shakes + Social After class, we’ll meet back up for shakes, photos, and more time to connect before wrapping up around 12:30.
