Calling all spooky pups, little monsters, and four-legged friends! Join us for the Harbor Hounds Annual Halloween Costume Contest & Parade at Snug Harbor. Dress your pup in their most creative, hilarious, adorable, or downright spooky costume and join us for a festive parade. Before the parade, we’ll crown our favorite costumed pup in a Halloween costume contest with prizes and plenty of bragging rights! Whether your pup is channeling a classic Halloween character, dressing up as their favorite treat, or showing off a totally original creation, we want to see it! This event is not hosted by Partiful.
