You're invited to the opening of Heart Posture, the second solo exhibition by painter Kevin Lee, resident artist at the Cambridge Foundry.
It's sixteen original watercolors built around one question: not what we do, but why we do it. Each painting takes an ordinary act and drops it somewhere unexpected, a dancer alone in a forest, adults playing on a construction site, so what's left is the reason behind it. The pieces hang across two floors, and you move through them from one way of living to another.
Come see the finished show on its first night, meet Kevin, and stay for food and drinks. This is the one evening the whole room is new.
🍽️ Food & drinks

🖼️ On view
The show stays up September 10–17 if you can't make opening night, but the reception is the night to be there.
🎨 See it being made
Kevin is painting the final pieces live at the Foundry from September 3–10, open to the public. Swing by during the week to watch the room fill in real time.
✅ Please RSVP
Walk-ins are welcome, but an RSVP genuinely helps, it tells us how much food and drink to prepare so no one goes without.
