Join us for an afternoon of deepening relationship with the subtle, vibrational intelligence of plants and stones.
In this workshop, we will explore how different earth allies carry unique energetic signatures and how these frequencies can support our emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies. You will be guided through a hands-on and experiential process of learning how to listen to and work with these essences in a way that feels intuitive and rooted in your own practice.
Together we will:
• Connect with the vibrational essence of select plants and stones
• Learn their qualities and how they can support intention, healing, and alignment
• Explore ways to incorporate vibrational essences into daily ritual and spiritual practice
• Craft your own vibrational essence to take home
• Drop into a guided meditation and soundscape to attune to your intention and the subtle language of these allies
This is a space for both learning and direct experience. All levels welcome.
