A little hike, a little sparkle, and a lot of connection.

Join us for a relaxed spring hike at Parc des Chutes Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles. We’ll walk the Desjardins trail (about 4 km round trip) at a social, easy pace—perfect for connecting with nature and other moms.

This trail is not stroller-friendly, so plan for baby carriers, hiking packs, or little legs ready to explore.

After the hike, we’ll gather at the picnic tables to hang, chat, and enjoy a relaxed moment together.

Bring snacks, drinks, or a lunch if you’d like.

Babies and kids are absolutely welcome.

Come as you are—or lean into the fun with something fluo, funky, or a little glitter ✨
