to my fellow job hunters: we’re heading to Cupertino this week for a loop that offers a great mix of shaded oak groves and wide-open views of the reservoir. 

📍 location: stevens creek county park

📍 5.5mi / 1,030ft gain (expect some punchy inclines balanced with shaded stretches)

⏳ estimated time: 2.5–3 hr

🌲 scenery: a mix of everything—forest canopy, open ridges, and solid water views.

🧴 essentials: water is a must and watch for poison oak. dogs are welcome but must be on-leash and friendly with other pups.

🏃‍♀️ pace check: please be confident in your ability to maintain a steady group tempo.
