Hey Friends! As the world continues to burn, I've been asking myself: What do I (and we) need during these times? How can we come together to nurture mutual support and connection? And how can I offer what I am passionate about (body-based connection) as a contribution to nourish more collective well-being? So... I'm doing a new thing and you're invited!
Each month, I’m gathering friends (old and new) to slow down, breathe, and be human together. Every month, we will center on a different theme that speaks to the times we are living in.
We’ll share time, presence, and care — exploring how to lean on each other in small, real ways no matter where we are.
I’ll offer simple, accessible practices for tending our nervous systems, softening into our bodies, and finding our own rhythm again.
It’s free, community-based, and open to anyone who longs for a steadier heartbeat in the midst of change.
