Dinner will be $10, please let us know if you have any allergies.  Then we'll continue our discussion of Been There, Mythbusted That by Daniel Fong. This session, we’ll unpack the myth that compromise and sacrifice are the keys to a successful marriage and explore the deeper biblical truth of what it means for two people to truly become one. Marriage is often framed as a series of compromises and sacrifices—but is that really the biblical vision for covenant partnership? Together, we’ll examine how culture often shapes our expectations of relationships, how Scripture reframes unity, and what it looks like to pursue a marriage marked by shared purpose, spiritual alignment, and mutual transformation. Whether you’re single, dating, engaged, or married, this conversation invites you to rethink common assumptions and consider a more holistic, Christ-centered vision of partnership. Through guided discussion and open dialogue, we’ll create space for honest reflection, practical insight, and spiritual growth as we learn to unlearn the myths that can quietly shape how we approach relationships. It's ok if you haven't been to the previous gatherings, everyone is welcome! The book can be purchased at the gathering for $35.  We come with open hearts, minds, and the willingness to challenge ourselves to think differently. We look forward to seeing you there!
