this specific location has been recommended to me by many celiacs. here's the updated cc information from the restaurant:  We are a small restaurant, and our crepes are prepared on the same griddles as our regular crepes. Even though we take great care to thoroughly clean the crepe machines and surfaces immediately before preparing a gluten-free order, there is always a possibility of cross-contamination due to the nature of our open kitchen and shared cooking space.
 
Because of this, we generally recommend our gluten-free crepes for those with a gluten sensitivity rather than a severe allergy or Celiac disease, as we do not have a dedicated, 100% gluten-free station.

i'm considering swapping to a safer option, but am interesting is hearing from the other celiacs that have recommended it.
