Guro Janel Barlongo of Infin8te Arts will be leading a Women’s Self Defense Workshop utilizing Filipino Martial Arts. The workshop will conclude with a Sound Bath by Adrienne of Sacred House LA.

Infin8te Arts was founded by Janel Barlongo and is a blend of two sister arts: Silat Buka Lingkaran and Pekiti Tirsia Kali. Cultivating the martial arts and showing practitioners the connection between both worlds is her passion, along with helping students find their freedom of expression within the arts. Classes are taught weekly in Chatsworth, CA, as well as seminars. 

Adrienne is a professional pranic healer, sound healer, and trauma-informed yoga facilitator. Her work integrates subtle energy healing with sound and mindful movement, creating a gentle yet powerful approach that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and spiritual alignment. Adrienne brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to her practice, honoring both modern trauma awareness and ancient energetic wisdom.
