With extensive experience as an attending physician and instructor at Harvard Medical School, she brings a wealth of knowledge to help you navigate this life stage with confidence. ~ Anita Mirchandani, MS, RDN, CPT – A registered dietitian nutritionist and certified fitness professional, Anita specializes in an integrative approach to health. She will teach you how to fuel your body with the right foods to balance hormones, boost energy, and maintain overall well-being. Anita received a M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She currently has a nutrition tele-health practice and accepts insurance for nutrition consults. With expertise in both nutrition and fitness, she creates personalized strategies for a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. ~ Lauren A. Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C – A Therapist, Author & Advocate for women navigating life transitions, including the perimenopausal and perinatal periods. Lauren specializes in identity shifts and self-compassion. She will share insights on emotional well-being and introduce key themes from her upcoming book, "Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period" (coming July 2025).
