It’s giving sleigh season, but make it sweaty. Join OC Cuties for a Christmas themed HIIT class at Barry’s iconic waterfront studio in Long Beach! Whether you're looking to break a sweat or break into the holiday spirit, this is your chance to close out the year feeling strong, festive, and surrounded by good vibes.

🎁 VIBES & DRESS CODE
This is a holiday themed class, so come dressed in something festive and fun, think:
- Red, green, or metallic workout sets
- Christmas socks, scrunchies, or hair clips
- Sparkle, bows, or candy cane vibes
No full costumes needed, just festive flair with fitness function
Let’s bring the cheer and the sweat.
🔥 WHAT TO EXPECT
- A 50 minute Barry’s HIIT workout in the “Red Room”
- Split between treadmill intervals and dumbbell strength training
(You can opt out of the treadmill if needed!)
- Moody lighting, upbeat music, and top tier trainers
- A stunning studio right on the water, complete with a Fuel Bar and outdoor hangout area

This is a limited capacity class. If you sign up and cancel at any time, you’ll be responsible for reimbursing $29 for your spot. This helps keep it fair and respectful to others who want to attend.
