FREE SHOW // $5 Donation Appreciated Celebrate the new home of JIJI’s Jazz Club at El Cid in Silverlake ★ A free monthly live show, open jam, & artists’ market 🎶 🎷🐈‍⬛ JIJI’s is a musical event inspired by underground jazz clubs! This month’s Club will feature the collaboration project of progressive jazz artists, STARMAKER, and jazz pianist, composer, producer KIEFER. There will be an open jam after our main performance for the community to close out the night. PERFORMANCES BY KIEFER & STARMAKER KIEFER is a Los Angeles–based pianist, producer, and composer whose music bridges jazz improvisation and hip-hop beat culture. A UCLA-trained musician with deep roots in jazz, Kiefer blends expressive piano with warm analog textures and groove-driven rhythms. He has collaborated with artists including Anderson .Paak and continues to shape the sound of modern jazz through his soulful, genre-bending work. STARMAKER is an LA-based collaboration of songwriters and instrumentalists focused on crafting progressive textures, story-driven compositions, and improvisational moments. They pull from diverse influences in contemporary jazz, hip-hop, and electronic music.
